BEATS is the governance currency of nDAO — whose on-chain identity is the nftitledao account on XPR Network. Token holders vote on platform parameters, treasury allocation, featured curation, and protocol upgrades.
To prevent plutocratic capture, voting power follows a quadratic formula. Larger holders gain influence, but at diminishing returns — giving smaller members disproportionately more weight per token.
