Welcome to NFTp, by nDAO (powered by NFTitle Network), the decentralized NFT platform where users can create, trade, and manage digital assets in compliance with our governance framework. To maintain a secure, transparent, and positive experience for all users, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy. By accessing or using nDAO, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Platform for Artists, Musicians, and Casual Users

nDAO is specifically designed for artists, musicians, and casual users within the emerging $UBQT community. The platform enables these creators and community members to explore the potential of NFTs and blockchain technology in a decentralized, community-governed environment. nDAO supports creativity, innovation, and interaction within this unique user base, fostering a space where digital art and assets can thrive.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate local, national, or international laws or regulations. The following activities are strictly forbidden on nDAO:

  • Illegal Content: Uploading, sharing, or promoting content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or that violates any intellectual property rights.
  • Hate Speech and Harassment: Engaging in or promoting hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
  • Fraud and Misrepresentation: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating or distributing counterfeit NFTs, engaging in phishing, or impersonating others.
  • Malware and Phishing: Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to harm the platform or its users.
  • Unauthorized Commercial Activities: Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, including spam, unsolicited promotions, or advertisements not related to nDAO.

3. Platform Exclusively for Individual and Creative Users

nDAO is a platform strictly intended for individual, non-commercial use by creators and casual users. Business customers or entities wishing to use blockchain technology for managing and trading digital assets must sign up for an account at NFTitleNetwork.com, which is designed to handle business-specific needs and legal requirements.

Any attempts by business customers to use nDAO for commercial purposes, without prior authorization, are prohibited. Such use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Respecting Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Ownership and Licensing: Ensure that you have the proper rights and licenses to create, mint, and trade NFTs based on third-party content.
  • Copyright Infringement: Do not upload or mint content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.

5. Fair Use of the Platform

Users must use the nDAO platform in a fair and ethical manner. This includes:

  • Non-Exploitation: Users may not exploit the platform by engaging in automated or deceptive actions to manipulate markets, pricing, or distribution of NFTs.
  • Honest Representation: Provide accurate information when creating and describing NFTs, and refrain from misrepresenting ownership, provenance, or scarcity of digital assets.

6. User Security

Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts, keys, and assets. In particular:

  • Account Protection: Use strong, secure passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever possible to protect your account from unauthorized access.
  • Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, wallets, or systems connected to nDAO.

7. Responsible Governance Participation

nDAO embraces decentralized governance, and as such, users are encouraged to actively participate in platform governance via nDAO. This comes with the following responsibilities:

  • Respectful Voting: Engage in governance proposals and voting respectfully, ensuring that actions benefit the community and platform as a whole.
  • Avoiding Manipulation: Do not engage in voting manipulation, including the use of bots, duplicate accounts, or any other method of gaming the governance system.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Users must respect the privacy of other users on the platform. The collection, storage, or dissemination of personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Do Not Share Private Information: Refrain from sharing sensitive, private, or personally identifiable information about other users without their explicit consent.

9. Consequences of Violating the Policy

nDAO reserves the right to take action against users who violate this Acceptable Use Policy, which may include:

  • Warning: Issuing a formal warning to the user.
  • Suspension: Temporarily suspending a user’s access to the platform.
  • Termination: Permanently terminating a user’s account and revoking access to the platform.
  • Legal Action: In cases of severe violations, nDAO may pursue legal action or cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to nDAO@ubitquity.io or our Telegram Group in the NFTp Support topic: https://t.me/c/2174900405/734. nDAO will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.

11. Policy Updates

nDAO may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform functionality. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.

By using nDAO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension, termination, or other actions deemed necessary by nDAO.
